Let's Make Cake!
Join Annie, our owner and head baker, in this hands-on class where you will learn to prepare and bake our Vanilla Bean Cake, and make our delicious Swiss Meringue Buttercream. You will also learn to tort (split layers), fill, crumb coat, and finish your cake using a variety of frosting techniques, including our watercolor method.
Each student will leave with printed recipes (including variations), tips, techniques, a list of shopping resources, and their very own 6" cake to enjoy at home. All tools provided for use in class. Light refreshments will also be provided. Attendance limited to eight people. Cost is $100 per student.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received one week or more before class for a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 2, 2016.
