The ultimate gift for your baking loving teen! Come learn exactly what it is like to work in a very busy, lively bakery. Your teen {during their spring break} will work for three days at the break of dawn with our bakers. They will be learning everything from the bottom up, from how we start our mornings to oven temps, cleanliness, product control, how we make our menus, what goes in to each product, how we open the shop, how we make our items, how we bake, place and set up. Day one they will open, day two they will bake off and learn items in shop and day three they will learn marketing and front of house work with customers. This experience is super limited and very special!
The really fine print…
We will need waivers filled out upon purchase, we must make sure that your teen is a good fit- they must be outgoing, comfortable with strangers and willing to learn and take guidance {this is obviously a working kitchen and things do get crazy} They will need to sign NDA’s and so will their parents as they are minors. Parents, this is like a puppy— please do not purchase this unless you know your child would really love it and want this opportunity!! We want them to want to be here— and learn, but we are not babysitters really looking for teens who want a challenge.
Please note that this is for SPRING BREAK 2026 and we will schedule this with you after the holidays — this is VERY LIMITED.
