Welcome to the 1st Annual Just Baked Holiday Cookie Exchange!

Join us at The Ava Hotel Paso Robles, for a fun-filled event where you can swap your favorite holiday treats with fellow cookie enthusiasts. Get ready to indulge in a variety of delicious cookies and spread the festive cheer. Feeling competetitive and know you have a winning cookie? Let's see! You will be bringing SIX DOZEN of your favorite cookie, two dozen of those go towards the tasting portion of our party, the judges and participants will be tallying up their favorites in categories like: "Best looking", "Best tasting", "Best overall" and "Best alternative cookie". Then the fun starts as everyone grabs their boxes to choose the four dozen cookies that they will go home with!! Additionally, we will have a fun holiday photo booth, Epic Entertainment spinning Holiday tunes, a Cash Bar + Small Bites hosted by the AVA! Don't miss out on this sweet gathering! How many cookies do I need to bring?

SIX dozen of the same cookie!

Can I bring a guest?

Anyone entering MUST have a ticket AND cookies. There are no spectators, sorry! We want everyone to have the same experience.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! As long as they have a ticket and their own cookies. Again, want everyone to have the same experience and for this to work- everyone needs to bring the correct amount of cookies to attend.

Is there food?

We will have small bites from The AVA! YUMMM- We also encourage you all to stay after and try out their restaurant- it's delicious.

Are there drinks?

The AVA will have a cash bar available with drinks- we will also have non alcoholic drinks like water + tea at no cost.

What should I wear?

We encourage you to wear light and festive holiday attire!

What cookies should I bring?

Anything that you want! What's YOUR favorite cookie? Have a passed down recipe? We will even take on brownies, cakesicles + bars! Let's make it super fun and diverse! That's what this is all about.

Can we change our mind after we sign up?

No, I am so sorry! We have to get the correct name + description on your cookies at the time of your ticket purchase so it's ready for exchange night and it would be too wild to change them last minute! Thank you for understanding.

What about allergies?

We will be offering brief descriptions on each cookie however, this may not be a very allergen friendly event. We would like to provide an area for gluten/dairy free items if we get enough submissions however this is NOT guaranteed nor can we guarantee the safety of anything provided.

Wednesday, December 10th!

What do I bring my cookies in?

A disposable container! Anything that we can toss as we will be placing all cookies out on tables for the cookie exchange portion.
