Welcome to Just Baked. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from our bakery, you agree to the following Terms of Service, governed by the laws of the State of California.

1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Custom and special orders require advance notice and confirmation. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible, inquiries are NOT ORDERS. Unless you have a PAID INVOICE or a RECEIPT from an order online YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER.

2. All Sales Final (Perishable Goods)
In accordance with California law regarding perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. While refunds are not provided, we will review quality concerns reported within this timeframe.

3. Pickup, Delivery & Responsibility
Once an order has been picked up or leaves the premises, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Just Baked is not responsible for:
• Damage during transport
• Improper storage
• Environmental conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
• Delayed consumption
Customers are responsible for timely pickup and proper handling after receipt.

4. Allergens & Food Safety Disclosure
Our kitchen handles common allergens including, but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
While we take reasonable precautions, California law requires disclosure that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with allergies assume responsibility for consumption and must notify us prior to ordering. While we do offer Gluten Free + Vegan items these are simply for DIETARY PREFERENCE ONLY— we are NOT an allergen bakery.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may be forfeited without refund. Custom orders not collected are considered completed. We reserve the right to donate any items not picked up.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, photography, and designs are the property of Just Baked and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Just Baked’s liability for any claim related to its products shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Just Baked is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
